Approved: Email of approval will be sent to homeowner. Work with the lender to complete membership and loan documents. Work can begin once lender receives completed documents.

Declined: Add a co-borrower or find another method of payment.

Pending review: The lender requires additional information. Allow at least 15 minutes for the lender to receive your application, then call the number provided on the decision email. 

Once the job is completed to your satisfaction, sign the certificate of completion. This allows for the project funds to be disbursed to your contractor.
